hahahah ok so i stumbled across this awhile ago and have been trying to figure this out...his laugh is hilarious...but more importantly, it's IDENTICAL to this midget actor who was on 7th heaven years ago for a few episodes. i swear, like nobody else in the world can have a laugh like this, but this baby doesn't look like a midget at all. and also i have no idea who that actor was and can't find him anywhere when i try to research it. so ya anyways i can't figure it out. BUT, enjoy this laugh!...

HAhaHAhahahaha! Wow that is so funny especially cause I can hear that actors laugh perfectly while I'm watching this. I wonder if we could watch that 7th Heaven episode and just take a video of that part with a camera?? In any case, HILARIOUS!!!
